I don't get it

Why does supervisors BALK when I ask to leave early to go to doctor's appointment? Mind, you I have the most perfect attendance, I rarely call in sick, (that I can't even remember the last time I called in sick and I have 5 days of sick time left). Sure, I have been late a few times because of traffic going into work but I make it up by shaving some time off my lunch time or skipping my 2nd pm break.
I have leg issues and I had a doc appt on 5th at 250 and I let supervisor know and she threw a fit ... we had to email back n forth blah blah blah and she does this EVERY FUCKING SINGLE TIME and I do not like to discuss my personal time with her.. i do not like to discuss my medical issues however she knows that I am in a great deal of pain with my buttcheck, so I had to call my doctor again and change appt which I was on hold forever .... and she approved the 350 pm appt on July 5th which is fucking an hour later!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (excuse my language I think I may be PMSing) ... I don't like how we have to "schedule " our doctor appts based on people being out on vacation, etc... BAER and it is not like I am missing a whole day of work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I always ask to change my hours to make it an 8 hour day like 6 to 2 am or 7 to 3 blah blah so I don't miss work!

Life was much easier doctor-appt wise when I worked the 7 to 330 pm shift because I can get an appt after 4 pm ... and not tell my supervisors at all .... and then they changed my hours to 8 am to 5 pm WITHOUT talking to me at all about it, and I accepted that... needing for "coverage"... it is slow at work and there are two gals that is there until 5 pm. I don't really do the role of a Lead much anymore lately anyway, because whenver supervisor is out, I don't get put in charge any more,, the other supervisor is in charge, (I think its due to training two new girls). I don't know.. I am just mad because I feel like they don't care about your health anymore. WHen I am in a great deal of pain, i hurt, it hurts my production at work. I can't even do physcial therapy like my doctor has suggested because I don't want to have to deal with asking and "arguing" to get time off! The doctor office closes at 5 30 pm and its very rare you can get an appt at 5 pm. I may need surgery on my hand sometime in the near future and my boss said be sure to check the calender to make sure no one else is off. That fucking pissed me off!!!!! Is your being here at work more important than your health?????????? GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
