YAY! Heat Wave!

MMMMmahhhhh, it is HOT here in Washington and I love it. People complain about the weather!! UGH....Komo News had a poll on website asking about their temp. preferences in WA in summer. Look at the results! LOL NOoooo, I don't like 70s!!! I loveee 85 and higher! I am well-suited for Florida and I love warm winters too!

Ok.. umm I started alli program on Saturday, I have not checked the scale yet to see if I lost weight yet. I have been watching fat intake because I.do.not.want treatment effects. That is what Alli is supposed to do, encourage you and help you develop habits of eating better because if you eat over the allowed grams of fat per meal, you will have treatment effects, meaning, gas and poops!!!! I don't like it, I know from my experience, trust me. If I eat toooo much sugar alcohol, I pay for it greatly!! So remembering that helps! LOL

While I was in FL, I did not see many fat people down there... unlike Seattle, LOTS of fat people, like being fat is the "in thing".. blech! Sad, but it is true, because Washington, AK and Maine has the highest rate of anti depressant pills for people... whereas CA and FL has the lowest rate of anti depressant. Probably because of the sun year round and activities.

I have been struggling with this for years.. however in 2003 I effortlessly lost about 70 lbs, my therapist said it was because I was in a good routine.. until I met Dustin.. when we broke up, my world had came down to a crashing halt and my routine was thrown way off. So since 2004, too many ups and downs esp with the recent (not so recent.. 10.5 months ago) bad and worst breakup I have ever experienced. I am over that now and now with alli, I am working on getting my routine established..... and am still staying out of dating scene.
