Random stuff

HI. It's hard to believe it's October already.

• Today's my 2nd niece 18th birthday, but I don't really have a relationship with her. Long story, so won't post it. Family issues.
• I'm feeling better from being sick last week.
• My dad is in the hospital and has been there since last Friday. They still haven't found anything yet... will do some more tests tomorrow. I am so glad he is ok. I just hope he stops smoking. No, it wasn't heart attack. He have had fever for a month so they need to find the cause. I wish they'd hurry up.
• Finally got my heaters replaced last Sunday. The new heaters are smaller than the old heaters, so there are small gaps in the walls, which makes it look ghetto-y! LOL. My friend's husband will be coming back this coming Sunday to put sheet rocks and stuff to make a new wall around it. At least it works now. No more 3 hot baths a day just to keep myself warm!
• I was up late last Saturday night, couldn't sleep, and for some reason I decided to check my intiernary on this airline, where I scored a sweet deal (see my plans for 41st b-day) to my dismay, they had changed my return flight home 4 hours early. I had planned on leaving at 430 pm sunday night with a stop in Cinc@nnti with a very short layover. They bumped my departure time to 12 noon, with a 6 hour layover in Cinc@annti. Oh hell no way, so i called the airline. I looked on web for other later flights out of FL and there were more than plenty of seats, whereas they claimed the flights were sold out. I said oh really, because I see that there are plenty of seats on website. I guess that got them! Because they put me on a 530 pm flight to Atlant@ with a 2 hour layover, leaving at 9 pm and landing home at 1223 AM monday morning. *sigh*...how dare they put a damper on my bday plans!
• I have a 3 day weekend coming up.. off Monday, and going over to Leavenworth for the day on Monday.
• We start job share program at work. Sucks... more on that later....
• Still wanting to be a FL resident...........someday.................soon...............
